Customer Experience (CX) is the set of perceptions and emotions a customer experiences during all interactions with a company, from first contact to post-sale. It includes every touch point, such as purchasing, customer service and communications. Good CX is based on simplicity, personalization and satisfaction, contributing to customer loyalty. It is influenced by tangible elements, such as product or service quality, and emotional elements, such as empathy and trust.

Design Thinking is a creative approach to problem solving, focused on user needs. It is based on five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping and testing. Used in various sectors, it stimulates innovation and user-centered solutions. In recent years, it has evolved as a tool for innovating products and services, becoming a design model for solving complex problems through creative vision and strategic management.

UX (User Experience) concerns the user’s overall interaction with a product or service, focusing on functionality and satisfaction. UI (User Interface), on the other hand, focuses on visual appearance and the graphical user interface. While UX enhances the experience, UI takes care of the aesthetics and usability, often working in synergy.

A design system is a collection of guidelines, components, and resources for creating consistent interfaces. It facilitates collaboration among teams, ensuring that each visual and functional element maintains a uniform style. Tools such as pattern libraries and styles make design uniform and easy to update.

Generative artificial intelligence uses advanced algorithms, such as neural networks, to create new and unique content, such as text, images, or audio. It relies on models trained with large amounts of data, learning patterns and styles to generate output similar to that created by a human being.
