The living area is dominated by a large living room with a southern exposure, made particularly bright by two large French doors that open onto a spacious terrace. The kitchen, with a linear layout and a central island equipped with an induction cooktop and ducted hood, is the heart of the room.

In the center, an elegant dining table has been strategically placed to encourage conviviality, while the living area provides a comfortable space with a sofa and TV cabinet.

The apartment has been expanded to include four bedrooms, designed to provide privacy and comfort.
Completely renovated, the two bathrooms combine functionality and aesthetics. One features a shower with a multi-use niche, while the other offers the comfort of a whirlpool tub, creating a luxurious and relaxing experience.
