Space for innovation and collaboration the HQ of Orbyta Group
Orbyta's headquarters in Piazza Castello, Turin, Italy.
In the prestigious setting of 113 Piazza Castello in Turin, Orbyta Group chose to unify its various operational offices into a single headquarters, creating modern offices that reflect the company’s core values of innovation, collaboration, and conviviality.
Orbyta Engineering led the building renovation with an integrated approach, which included architectural design, upgrading of electrical systems, and site management.
The result is a workspace that combines functionality, aesthetics, and attention to employee well-being, providing an ideal environment to work, share ideas, and grow professionally.

The design of spaces
The project divided the offices into three main types of rooms to meet different operational needs:
- Operations and executive office space: each workstation is equipped with state-of-the-art technological tools, including two screens, dock-in stations with wired connection, and ergonomic peripherals to ensure maximum comfort and productivity.
- Meeting rooms: 7 meeting rooms are designed on the mezzanine floor, with tables equipped with built-in outlets and screens for sharing content. One of them is specifically equipped for training courses, with ample space and audiovisual tools.
- Relaxation and conviviality areas: the area to the left of the entrance houses a kitchen with a furnished terrace, a lounge area furnished with sofas and ottomans, and a mezzanine dining area, complete with microwaves, refrigerators, and tables for meals.
This subdivision ensures a balance between operations and downtime, contributing to the overall well-being of employees.
Interior design: comfort and minimalist elegance
The furniture is designed to create modern, minimalist environments without sacrificing functionality and comfort.
The goal was to combine aesthetics and practicality, providing well-equipped spaces for all work and social activities.
Plant efficiency and safety
The work included updating and optimizing the electrical system to meet the needs of a modern corporate headquarters. Each space was designed to ensure safety and efficiency, thanks in part to safety coordination during the renovation work.

An innovative work environment
Orbyta Group’s headquarters is not just a workplace, but an environment that stimulates creativity, collaboration and a sense of belonging. The design, with attention to every detail, reflects the company’s values, with modern and functional spaces that encourage interaction among employees and contribute to the group’s success.
Located in the heart of Turin, this headquarters is a model of how architecture and design can positively affect the quality of work and corporate cohesion.
