Mixed reality for real estate

One of the projects presented at SAIE concerned the use of mixed reality in real estate. Thanks to an advanced application developed in collaboration with Orbyta Tech, another Orbyta Group company specializing in ICT solutions, builders and investors can immersively visualize buildings and spaces still in the design phase. This system allows them to explore environments in 3D, make changes in real time, and improve decision-making in real estate buying and selling.

Immersive experiences of furniture customization

Through aVR experience with Twinmotion, users were able to customize room interiors in real time, changing elements such as colors, textures, and materials. This tool proved particularly useful for architects, designers and clients, allowing them to visualize different aesthetic and functional solutions before actual implementation.

Home automation and automation

Another project featured at the event is related to home automation. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to control and automate systems and devices within homes and commercial facilities, improving energy efficiency and room comfort.
